Everything is so old and there is so little room left in the cities that the utilities are all above ground. Amazing how much you can put on one pole. But no matter how crowded or industrial it is, it's very clean.
Even the smokers would NEVER just drop their butt oon the ground and step on it. They put them out, put them in their pocket, and wait until they see a trash can or take them hoome.
These give me a headache without enlarging them!!!
ReplyDeleteVery interesting perspective. Very busy!
ReplyDeleteDarryl and Ruth : )
So very busy, yet serene at the same time. Standing in the middle of a busy train station, barely a word is heard...
ReplyDeleteI love the angle of the second picture. I could stare at it forever.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Robyn
thanks Robyn, I was looking around and for some reason I looked up...wow...I think the pole was actually bent from all the wires..
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, once again, I find the wires amazing. (and there aren't even any sneakers hanging on them)
ReplyDeleteThe first one once again shows amazing lack of trash and disorder...the second is clearly a complete use of a telephone pole. Very cool.
ReplyDeleteAwesome photographs. I am a b&w fan and I really enjoy these....

ReplyDeleteThat telephone pole reminds me of a surge protector I have in my house....
